Reference is made to the above subject matter.

For all intents and purposes, our Company wishes to clarify to all our honored customers, suppliers, and affiliate partners that our Company is in the business of selling and leasing of wellness and health care equipment and its related goods with the technology of Photolysis Synthesis Reaction ("PSNR") and Photosynthesis-Hydrogen-Ionization ("PHIT"), including but not limited to air purifier known as "ECOHEAL PHOTOSYNTHETIC E-TREE" and/or other form which has similar functionality which registered under the brandname of "ECOHEAL"("Products") which at all material times our company is the sole proprietor of the Products.

We regret to note that it has been drawn to our attention that there is an entity known as “PHIBIOHEAL” has been disseminating information and reports that solely belong to our Company (both information and substance) for the Product with the ulterior motive to relate their products with our Company and making false and malicious statement to mislead the consumers about their products having the similar quality and recognition comparable to our Company’s Products.

Our Company hereby announces and declares that such information and reports disseminated are erroneous and PHIBIOHEAL is not in anyway related to our Company neither PHIBIOHEAL has been appointed as our Company’s authorized agent or reseller in whatsoever manner.

We wish to reiterate that our Company lay hold of such incident very sternly with any malicious misrepresentation and infringement of intellectual property rights of our Company to the Products. Hence, our Company hereby urge the unauthorized individual and/or entity to remove any post which involve our Company's information and reports within Forty Eight (48) hours failing which our Company shall reserve our rights to initiate legal action against any of the entity and individuals.

Our Company's legal team is in the midst of preparing the necessary to initiate legal action against any of the entity and individuals who found to be committed the breach of the aforementioned incident and/or making false and malicious statement to mislead the consumers about their products having the similar quality and recognition comparable with our Company's Products in protecting the interest of our company and the public at large.
