Return & Exchange Policy
  1. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
    Yes, you can follow our return policy to courier defective or incorrect items back to our office within 7 days after receiving the package. Please contact our customer service immediately on the same day and provide the following evidence:
  • The pictures show defective parts or incorrect items, and
  • Invoice number, order number and tracking
  • Product Name
  • Or contact our customer representative on the spot during your self-collection process.
  1. For what reason I can return/exchange the goods?
    The following are the accepted reasons for return/exchange of goods:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong item
  • the missing part

Our customer service team will contact you within 3 working days. If all the conditions mentioned are not met, we reserve the right to refuse to return any items.

  1. Can I cancel the order after payment?
    Please note that after payment and confirmation of the order, we will not accept any cancellations.
  2. What if my order is out of stock?
    If your order is out of stock, our customer service team will notify you by phone or email, and you can exchange anything with Ecoheal.
