*Note: Due to the large order volume, please give extra 3-5 working days during peak seasons, such as Chinese New Year or Hari Raya Puasa or any other holidays.
If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the designated shipping company will provide a notification card to inform you of the re-delivery process. If there are three attempts to process your order in total, it will be returned to our office. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer, and we will contact you to carry out the re-delivery process and charge the delivery fee. We are not responsible for orders signed and received by anyone other than the designated recipient.

Free shipping nationwide, except East Malaysia will be mailed by air, the postage is calculated by the customer, and the postage of other countries is also calculated separately. After the order is placed, the customer service will contact you for the mailing cost.
